Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :20\/05\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                    P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, J\n                   ---------------------------\n                    W.P(C) No. 14587 of 2010-W\n                  ----------------------------\n               Dated this the 20th day of May, 2010.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner has approached this Court mainly seeking for<\/p>\n<p>the benefit of &#8216;One Time Settlement&#8217; notified at the instance of the<\/p>\n<p>respondent, as borne by Exts.P3 and P4 and to enable the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to discharge the liability.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has already preferred Ext.P5 representation, which was<\/p>\n<p>sent by registered post, as borne by Ext.P5 itself and that the relief<\/p>\n<p>prayed before this Court is to direct the concerned respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider the same in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondents<\/p>\n<p>as well, who submits on instruction that the benefit of One Time<\/p>\n<p>Settlement can be extended subject to the specific norms as<\/p>\n<p>stipulated thereunder.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.   In the said circumstances, the second respondent is<\/p>\n<p>directed to consider Ext.P5 representation for extending the benefit<\/p>\n<p>of One Time Settlement, which is stated as notified vide Exts.P3 and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P(C) No. 14587 of 2010-W         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>P4, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
