Mr. Nanavati, learned advocate for the applicant<br \/>\nhas submitted that the applicant is running the factory and under the<br \/>\nagreement, a sum of Rs.70 lacs has been paid, by way of returnable<br \/>\ndeposit, to the company and the accrued interest is to be treated as<br \/>\nrent.
