Application No.94 of 2010, present petitioner has<br \/>\nmoved application dated 24.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIt<br \/>\nis in respect of the said application that the petitioner has prayed<br \/>\nfor below mentioned      relief\/s:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;10.(A)<br \/>\nYour Lordship may be pleased to admit \/ allow the present Special<br \/>\nCivil Application, in the interest of justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)<br \/>\nBe pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ of certiorari or any<br \/>\nappropriate writ, order or direction and be directed to the learned<br \/>\nFamily Court, Ahmedabad to expedite the aforesaid Civil Misc.<br \/>\nApplication No.94 of 2010, in the interest of justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)<br \/>\nPending, admission and final disposal of the present petition or<br \/>\naforesaid Civil Misc. Application No.94 of 2010 before learned Family<br \/>\nCourt, Ahmedabad, this Hon&#8217;ble Court may be pleased to direct the<br \/>\npresent respondent No.2          the P.I \/ P.O. to help the applicant<br \/>\nlady in case of harassment by the respondent No.1 or his mother,<br \/>\nsister or any other person from respondent No.1 the husband of the<br \/>\npetitioner while visiting her children as per the order passed by the<br \/>\nlearned Family Court, Ahmedabad in Civil Misc. Application No.94 of<br \/>\n2010 as per Annexure-B to this petition, in the interest of justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>(D)<br \/>\nThis Hon&#8217;ble Court may be pleased to award heavy cost from the<br \/>\npresent respondents, in the interest of justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>(E)&#8230;&#8230;.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\nearlier order below Exhibit-16 was passed on 14.10.2010. Thereafter,<br \/>\nthe aforesaid application has been filed in March 2011, on the<br \/>\nallegation that the arrangement finalized by virtue of pursis<br \/>\n(Exhibit-16) is violated by respondent No.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the relief prayed for by the petitioner in the petition it<br \/>\nis clarified and observed that the petitioner may make appropriate<br \/>\napplication to the learned Family Court for expeditious hearing and<br \/>\ndecision of the application dated 24.3.2011. If and when the said<br \/>\napplication is preferred, the learned Family Court may consider the<br \/>\nsame in light of its roster.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tWith<br \/>\nthe aforesaid clarifications the petition is disposed of.
