They have filed appeals before the<\/p>\n<p>DRT. This writ petition was filed owing to absence of Presiding<\/p>\n<p>Officer in that Tribunal,. Under such circumstances, Ext.P2 will<\/p>\n<p>stand stayed till disposal of Ext.P1 appeal by the DRT.
