Director\/AICTE against Saroj Institute of Technology and Management, Lucknow:\n<\/p>\n<p>   i)      Details and daily progress report of the said application.\n<\/p>\n<p>   ii)     Details of the session and course for which the investigation was sent.\n<\/p>\n<p>   iii)    Whether the enquiry was conducted only for B. Pharma. Course of session 2003-04.\n<\/p>\n<p>           If yes, reason for not conducting enquiry for rest of the courses.\n<\/p>\n<p>   iv)     Whether the enquiry was sent to only Mukul Verma. Details of action of enquiry of<br \/>\n           rest of the students.\n<\/p>\n<p>   v)      Reason for not taking suo moto action on unreasonable fee charged to the students\n<\/p>\n<p>   vi)     Reason for not taking action earlier.\n<\/p>\n<p>   vii)    Whether the said institute fulfills standards laid down by AICTE.\n<\/p>\n<p>   viii) Number of times when an enquiry was conducted against the said institute by the<br \/>\n           AICTE after its recognition.\n<\/p>\n<p>   ix)     Whether the laboratories in the said institute fulfills all the criteria.\n<\/p>\n<p>   x)      Whether the number of teaching staff was according to the standards. Details of<br \/>\n           process of enquiry and period.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO informed the Appellant that his IPO of Rs.10\/- was wrongly addressed to PIO, AICTE<br \/>\nand asked the Appellant to deposit application fee of Rs.10\/- in favour of Member Secretary,<br \/>\nAICTE, New Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p> First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Non-receipt of information from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not Ordered.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Non-receipt of complete information from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Alok Verma<br \/>\nRespondent : Absent<br \/>\nThe Appellant has sent an IPO in the wrong name and the PIO has returned it.
