Heard       learned    counsels        for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner, informant and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The    petitioner     is     apprehending      his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   420 and 409 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It     is    alleged       that    the        Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                   Educational Project Council, Araria, issued<\/p>\n<p>                   certain      amounts      for     construction       of     the<\/p>\n<p>                   school      building        and    the     petitioner       is<\/p>\n<p>                   alleged to be the teacher incharge received<\/p>\n<p>                   a cheque of Rs. 4,89,000\/- and odd amount.<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted that the cheque was<\/p>\n<p>                   handed      over    to     the    Headmaster       and     the<\/p>\n<p>                   Headmaster has drawn the amount. The photo<\/p>\n<p>                   copy of the cheque reflects that it was in<\/p>\n<p>                   the name of the School in question. It is<\/p>\n<p>                   further submitted that other accused person<\/p>\n<p>                   has been granted anticipatory bail by this<\/p>\n<p>                   Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner above named be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail   in    the    event    of   arrest      or   surrender<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        before    the    learned     court   below   within       a<\/p>\n<p>        period    of     twelve    weeks     from    today    in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 491 of<\/p>\n<p>        2009 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount    each    to   the    satisfaction      of   the<\/p>\n<p>        learned    C.J.M.,Araria,          subject     to    the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U.
