According to that letter,<br \/>\nthe company has received a cheque of Rs. 86,801\/- towards the<br \/>\ngratuity, which is required to be collected by the applicant.<br \/>\nHowever, the letter itself states that if the amount is to be<br \/>\nreceived by applicant&#8217;s aged parents, he can authorise someone by a<br \/>\nletter counter singed by Jailor. Thus, the applicant is not required<br \/>\nto personally go for collecting the cheque and deposit it into his<br \/>\nbank account. It also appears from the record that earlier<br \/>\napplication being Criminal Misc. Application No. 4055\/2011 has been<br \/>\nrejected on 25.3.2011 and even thereafter, he has been released for<br \/>\n15 days in May, 2011 on the same ground.
