No.26231 of 2010\n                            UDAY SHANKAR PRASAD\n                                         Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.8.2010            Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                         Allegation       against      the     petitioner      is<\/p>\n<p>                that he committed theft of electricity energy by<\/p>\n<p>                illegal means causing loss to the tune of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                3,12,000\/- to the Electricity Department.<\/p>\n<p>                         The    submission     of     learned    counsel      for<\/p>\n<p>                the petitioner is that petitioner is ready to<\/p>\n<p>                pay a sum of Rs. 75,000\/- in ten instalments to<\/p>\n<p>                the Electricity Department.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                         Accordingly,          the      prayer       of       the\n\n                petitioner is allowed.\n\n                         In    the     event   of     arrest    or   surrender\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                within one month from the date of communication<\/p>\n<p>                of this order, the above named petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>                be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                the   like    amount    each   to     the    satisfaction     of<\/p>\n<p>                Additional     Chief    Judicial      Magistrate,      Barh    in<\/p>\n<p>                Athmalgola P.S.
