Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :13\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                     R.BASANT, J.\n\n                                  ----------------------\n\n                                B.A.No.4239 of 2007\n\n                            ----------------------------------------\n\n                      Dated this the 13th  day of July 2007\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Apprehending   arrest   on   the   allegation   that   the   petitioner   has<\/p>\n<p>committed   non-bailable   offence,   the   petitioner   has   come   before   this<\/p>\n<p>court with this application for anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     The   learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,   submits<\/p>\n<p>that   the   petitioner   is   not   required   to   be   arrested   in   connection   with<\/p>\n<p>any case.  No crime other than crime No.433\/07 is registered against<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.   The petitioner has been granted bail in that case.   In<\/p>\n<p>these   circumstances,   the   petitioner   is   not   required   and   shall   not   be<\/p>\n<p>arrested by the respondent, submits the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>       3.     I take note of   and record the submissions of the learned<\/p>\n<p>Public   Prosecutor.     It   is   now   evident   that   the   apprehension   of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is without any basis.   If the petitioner were required to be<\/p>\n<p>arrested  in   respect  of   any   crime   which  has   taken   place   prior   to  this<\/p>\n<p>date, prior intimation shall be given to the petitioner and permission<\/p>\n<p>of this court taken before any attempt is made to arrest the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>       4.
