THE DISTRICT INDIGENOUS MEDICAL OFFICER,\n                  ROHTAS, SASARAM\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   17\/03\/2011              I think the petitioner has rushed to the High<\/p>\n<p>                   Court even before any final decision has been taken with<\/p>\n<p>                   regard to the promotion of the petitioner. Annexure-1<\/p>\n<p>                   only indicates that certain details and documents have<\/p>\n<p>                   been demanded and that has set the cat amongst the<\/p>\n<p>                   pigeons.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State also<\/p>\n<p>                   certifies that the matter is still being looked into and<\/p>\n<p>                   enquiry is being made and no final decision has been<\/p>\n<p>                   taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In view of the same, no interference is warranted<\/p>\n<p>                   in the writ application at this stage.
