Shah places on record a communication dated<br \/>\n23.08.2011 received from the Superintendent of Police, Giridih,<br \/>\nJharkhand informing the unwillingness on part of the surety to stand<br \/>\nby the accused if he is released on furlough.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, it will be open for the applicant to avail and<br \/>\nname another surety who could stand by so that the authority can<br \/>\nconsider the application for furlough in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands<br \/>\ndisposed of.
