Before   approaching   this   Court,   petitioner   ought   to  have<\/p>\n<p>filed an appropriate representation before the appropriate authorities<\/p>\n<p>under the provisions of the Kerala Municipalities Act.<\/p>\n<p>        2.  In that view of the matter, we reject the Writ Petition, for the<\/p>\n<p>present.    However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the<\/p>\n<p>appropriate statutory authorities for the  reliefs  sought for in this Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition.
