BISHUNDEO YADAV, SON OF CHOOTO YADAV\n    ALL ARE RESIDENT OF VILLAGE PURAINI, POLICE STATION ATRI,\n    DISTRICT GAYA\n    ......................................................................................PETITIONERS\n                                VERSUS\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 *******\n<\/pre>\n<p>2     26\/07\/2011              This application has been filed challenging<\/p>\n<p>                   the order dated 15.07.2008 passed in Sessions Trial No.<\/p>\n<p>                   75 of 2006 (Atri Police Station Case No. 104 of 1991) by<\/p>\n<p>                   which the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court<\/p>\n<p>                   No. III, Gaya has allowed the prosecution to call the<\/p>\n<p>                   witnesses including the informant of the case for<\/p>\n<p>                   examination.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The defence Counsel had opposed the prayer<\/p>\n<p>                   on the ground that sufficient time was granted to the<\/p>\n<p>                   prosecution to bring their witnesses, which was not<\/p>\n<p>                   availed by them. It is submitted that compromise was<\/p>\n<p>                   also filed by the parties. It is only with a view to harass<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioners that this present application has been<\/p>\n<p>                   filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The case is under Section 364\/34 and 386<\/p>\n<p>                   of the Indian Penal Code.
