It is the contention that the<br \/>\n\tperiod is to be counted from the date on which he received the<br \/>\n\tapplication and not the date on which the result of passing the<br \/>\n\texamination was published and therefore, this Court may consider the<br \/>\n\tmatter at least to that extent.  On the aspect of reassessment and<br \/>\n\tfinding the original petitioner qualified, Mr.Majmudar fairly<br \/>\n\tconceded that he would not be pressing such prayer.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tour view, there is no proof produced on record and as observed by<br \/>\n\tthe learned Single Judge, even if the statement is to be tested<br \/>\n\tfurther, nothing prevented the petitioner from sending the<br \/>\n\tapplication by registered Post or otherwise, which is admittedly not<br \/>\n\tdone in the present matter.  If the period is over and further the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner has participated at the interview process and thereafter<br \/>\n\thaving failed, the ultimate view taken by the learned Single Judge<br \/>\n\tcannot be said to be erroneous.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tno case is made out for interference.
