Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The allegation is that in spite of prohibitory order the<\/p>\n<p>                     staff of the petitioner was dealing in wine. Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner submits that the petitioner is a licensee and on the day of<\/p>\n<p>                     occurrence no sale of illicit liquor was being carried out. The staff of<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner was simply doing some accounts work inside the shop.<\/p>\n<p>                     It is also submitted that from the first information report it would<\/p>\n<p>                     appear that prohibitory order was effective from 21.10.2010 and raid<\/p>\n<p>                     was conducted on 20.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions,<\/p>\n<p>                     let the petitioner, namely, Rabindra Kumar Yadav in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                     arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four<\/p>\n<p>                     weeks from the date of communication of the order be released on<\/p>\n<p>                     bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                     Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Dagarua) P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No.350 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
