No.4503 of 2011\n                              SHYAM SUNDER YADAV\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   25.3.2011             Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The allegation against the petitioner Shyam Sunder<\/p>\n<p>                 Yadav is of firing shot which hit the deceased in his chest.<\/p>\n<p>                               The case diary was called for and that has been<\/p>\n<p>                 received which indicates that the witnesses examined during the<\/p>\n<p>                 investigation have supported the allegation which appears<\/p>\n<p>                 against the petitioner. However, the case diary does not contain<\/p>\n<p>                 the copy of the post-mortem examination report. Learned<\/p>\n<p>                 counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has produced<\/p>\n<p>                 before the Court during the course of hearing of the petition a<\/p>\n<p>                 Photostat copy of the post-mortem examination report which<\/p>\n<p>                 indicates that there was no injury on or around the            chest,<\/p>\n<p>                 considering which let the petitioner Shyam Sunder Yadav be<\/p>\n<p>                 directed to be released on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000\/-( ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Barh, Patna, in<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Trial No. 1378 of 2010 arising out of Pandarak<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S.Case No. 155 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Let the copy of post-mortem report be kept on<\/p>\n<p>                 jrecord as part thereof.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>        Kanth                                         ( Dharnidhar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shyam Sunder Yadav vs The State Of Bihar on 25 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
