No.750 of 2011\n                                      SAMBHU RAI\n                                           Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   11.02.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Although the petitioner is named in the FIR but<\/p>\n<p>                 omnibus allegation of firing has been levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It would appear from perusal of Annexure-4 to this<\/p>\n<p>                 petition, order dated 11.07.2007 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28649<\/p>\n<p>                 of 2007 that some of the co-accused persons having similar<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by<\/p>\n<p>                 another Bench of this court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                 Sambhu Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                 bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each in connection with Maner P. S.
