P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Allegedly, in course of quarrel, the petitioner assaulted the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant as well as one injured Sonelal Prasad with Farsa.<\/p>\n<p>                                The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                    that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons<\/p>\n<p>                    from both sides sustained injuries. It is also pointed out by him that<\/p>\n<p>                    own uncle of the petitioner died in the alleged occurrence for which<\/p>\n<p>                    Paharpur P.S. Case no. 183\/2010 was registered.<\/p>\n<p>                                It would appear from perusal of the case diary that<\/p>\n<p>                    informant as well as injured Sonelal Prasad have received almost<\/p>\n<p>                    simple injuries.
