No.1227 of 2011\n                                PRADIPTANTI AND ANR.\n                                           Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n2   22.02.2011<\/pre>\n<p>              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                 P.P. for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The petitioners seek their bail in connection with Rajoun<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S. Case No. 95 of 2010 registered under section 302\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            It would appear from perusal of the fardbeyan of the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant that on 22.6.2010 one dead body of unknown person was<\/p>\n<p>                 recovered and the informant came to know that in previous night<\/p>\n<p>                 aforesaid unknown person was mercilessly beaten by petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                 several other villagers when the aforesaid unknown person was caught<\/p>\n<p>                 by the petitioners and other villagers in suspicious condition and on<\/p>\n<p>                 account of the aforesaid assault aforesaid person died then and there.<\/p>\n<p>                            The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that<\/p>\n<p>                 no specific overt-act has been attributed against these petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                 as a matter of fact, the aforesaid unknown person was beaten by<\/p>\n<p>                 several villagers when the aforesaid person was found in suspicious<\/p>\n<p>                 condition and therefore, no responsibility can be fixed alone against<\/p>\n<p>                 these petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Pradip Tanti and<\/p>\n<p>                 Fusan Tanti are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>                 of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         each in connection with Rajoun P.S.
