There is a rubber stamp of  Registered Post A.D.  in<br \/>\n\tthe original letter, whereas it is found missing in the typewritten<br \/>\n\tcopy.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t The original<br \/>\n\tletter is bearing No.3907. That number is missing in the typewritten<br \/>\n\tcopy.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t The<br \/>\n\tcommunication is from UGVCL. Whereas, in the typewritten copy it is<br \/>\n\ttyped as  VUJIVIS\/ ELO\/ VIJEU\/MAHEKAM.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t The letter is<br \/>\n\taddressed to  Shri Ramabhai Kanubhai Garasiya.<br \/>\n\tWhereas, in the typed copy it is mentioned as   Shanabhai<br \/>\n\tKanubhai Garasiya .\n<\/p>\n<p>\t In the<br \/>\n\treference where the word is supposed to be  VJP DO , it is typed<br \/>\n\tas  VJYE DO .\n<\/p>\n<p>A xeroxed copy<br \/>\nof the original letter is to be kept on record.  However, with a view<br \/>\nto see that the petitioner is not put to injustice, liberty is<br \/>\nreserved in favour of the petitioner to file a fresh petition for the<br \/>\nsame relief.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
