Both the parties were heard on 9th August, 2010.\n\n2.    In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and\nresponses given by the CPIO and Appellate Authority of the respondent were<\/pre>\n<p>discussed.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     The CPIO stated that he has furnished a fresh response through which the<br \/>\nrequired information has already been furnished. A copy of CPIO&#8217;s reply was<br \/>\nhanded over the appellant, who agreed to examine the documents given by the<br \/>\nCPIO. It was also agreed that in case any information is not provided, the<br \/>\nappellant would clearly specify and re-submit his application for information. The<br \/>\nCPIO would suitably response within 10 days from the date of receipt of fresh<br \/>\napplication from the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
