No.14289 of 2010\n                                DAYA SHANKAR YADAV\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      20\/09\/2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 There is direct allegation against this petitioner about<\/p>\n<p>                     setting informant&#8217;s hut on fire which is doubted on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>                     land dispute is there in between the parties. His father deposed<\/p>\n<p>                     against informant in a case filed by one Bisundeo Yadav vide<\/p>\n<p>                     Compliant Case No. 17(c) of 2007. Further referring the<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstance that really if the hut was set on fire by lighting<\/p>\n<p>                     matchstick by this petitioner and watched by the informant, the<\/p>\n<p>                     distance should not be so away that it was not possible for him to<\/p>\n<p>                     make alarm to quench the fire.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the<\/p>\n<p>                     prayer of the petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2010 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n<p>                     down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
