Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of<br \/>\nthe grounds  stated in the application for condonation of delay, even<br \/>\nif a lenient view is taken on the aspect of delay, the respondents<br \/>\nare required to be compensated by suitable cost on the aspect of<br \/>\ndelay. Considering the facts and circumstances, the appropriate cost<br \/>\nwould be Rs. 2,500\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>3\t\tHence,<br \/>\n the delay is condoned on condition that the applicant  pays  the<br \/>\ncost of Rs. 2,500\/-  to the respondents in each matter in one set. As<br \/>\nthe amount of cost is already deposited, it would be open to the<br \/>\nconcerned respondents or their authorized Advocates to  withdraw the<br \/>\namount of cost.\n<\/p>\n<p>4\t\tThe<br \/>\napplications are allowed accordingly.
