Orders<\/div>\n<div class=\"doc_title\">Manoj Sah vs State Of Bihar on 17 October, 2011<\/div>\n<pre>                   IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                Criminal Appeal (DB) No.1030 of 2010\n                  Manoj Sah son of Sri Baban Sah,\n               resident of Village Pipra,P.O.Sirkhinda,\n                     P.S.Nokha, District Rohtas\n                               Versus\n                          State Of Bihar\n                 ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>06\/   17.10.2011             Through I.A.No. 1978 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                    the appellant has renewed his prayer<\/p>\n<p>                    for bail basically on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>                    he has remained in custody for more<\/p>\n<p>                    than     seven       years     calculating        the<\/p>\n<p>                    period of pre and post conviction.<\/p>\n<p>                             Initially        two     shots    one    by<\/p>\n<p>                    Shambhu       Kahar    and     another    by    Brija<\/p>\n<p>                    Paswan        were     fired    and      thereafter<\/p>\n<p>                    third     shot         was      fired     by     the<\/p>\n<p>                    appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering           the      period    of<\/p>\n<p>                    detention        and     in     the     facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances of the case, during the<\/p>\n<p>                    pendency of this appeal, the                    above<\/p>\n<p>                    named appellant shall be released on<\/p>\n<p>                    bail     on     furnishing       bail     bond    of<\/p>\n<p>                    Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees ten thousand) with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>          to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional<\/p>\n<p>          Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in<\/p>\n<p>          Sessions        Trial       No.       412A      of<\/p>\n<p>          2002\/Tr.No.11 of 2010 and realization<\/p>\n<p>          of   fine       as   imposed        against   the<\/p>\n<p>          appellant shall also remain stayed.<\/p>\n<p>                 I.A.No.       1978      of     2011    thus<\/p>\n<p>          stands allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                          (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)<\/p>\n<p>Tahir\/-                   ( Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
