It is<br \/>\nfurther stated in the statement that the convict has mother aged 78<br \/>\nyears old and only 2 children, son being aged 11 years old and the<br \/>\ndaughter being 7 years old.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned APP Mr.Shah waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP Mr.Shah invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks.<br \/>\nEarlier, the convict was released on temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\n20 days for treatment of his father in the year 2008.  Thereafter, he<br \/>\nwas absconded for 258 days and he was lodged in jail only on<br \/>\n14.10.2008 after being arrested by the police.  Since then, he has<br \/>\nnot enjoyed any leave.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.  The<br \/>\nconvict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\n30 days<br \/>\nfrom the date of his actual release, on his executing a personal<br \/>\nbond of Rs.5,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities. Taking into consideration the history of his having<br \/>\nabsconded from earlier temporary bail, it is deemed fit that he be<br \/>\ndirected to mark his presence on every Monday at the nearest Police<br \/>\nStation.  Order accordingly.
