III &amp; G.A.-Bihar\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    &#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>                           th<br \/>\n             02\/Dated: 13 September, 2011<\/p>\n<p>                   1)     Counsel for the petitioner submitted that suffice it will be for<br \/>\n                   the disposal of this writ petition, if a direction is given to respondent<br \/>\n                   No. 3 &#8211; The Managing Director, Deoghar-Jamtara Central Cooperative<br \/>\n                   Bank Limited, Deoghar to treat this writ petition as a representation<br \/>\n                   and decide the grievances ventilated in this writ petition with regard to<br \/>\n                   payment of arrears of salary, in accordance with law, within stipulated<br \/>\n                   time, as given by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   2)     I have heard counsel for the respondents, who has submitted<br \/>\n                   that they have no much objection, if such a direction is given to<br \/>\n                   respondent no. 3 to treat this writ petition as a representation and<br \/>\n                   decide the grievances ventilated in this writ petition in accordance with<br \/>\n                   law, within the stipulated time, as given by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   3)     In view of these submissions, I hereby, direct respondent no.3 to<br \/>\n                   treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the grievances<br \/>\n                   ventilated in this petition with regard to payment of arrears of salary,<br \/>\n                   in accordance with law, rules, regulations, policies and Government<br \/>\n                   enforceable orders, applicable to the petitioners as expeditiously as<br \/>\n                   possible and practicable, preferably within a period of sixteen weeks,<br \/>\n                   from the date of receipt of a copy of an order of this Court, after giving<br \/>\n                   an adequate opportunity of being heard to the petitioner or to her<br \/>\n                   representative.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   4)     In view of the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<pre>Manoj\/cp.2                                                         (D.
