Further, compilation as requisitioned is also not\navailable w.r.t relevant requisitions\".\n Query 9: \"GOI, MHA appoints feeder category officers to DANICS. As per records available,\nGOI, MHA vide order No 14016\/5\/2006-UTS-II dated 12\/08\/2008 appointed 28 feeder category\nofficers to entry grade of DANICS\".\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nNot appealed.\n\nGrounds for Complaint:\nNon-receipt of information from the PIO within the stipulated time.\n\nSubmission received from the PIO:\n(In response of Complaint notice dated 24\/08\/2009)\nThe PIO has attached a copy of the reply (dated 24\/07\/2009) send out to the Complainant. In\nreply to the 9 queries of Complainant:\nQuery 1 to 8: \"Requisition is clarificatory. Further, compilation as requisitioned is also not\navailable w.r.t relevant requisitions\".\nQuery 9: \"GOI, MHA appoints feeder category officers to DANICS. As per records available,\nGOI, MHA vide order No 14016\/5\/2006-UTS-II dated 12\/08\/2008 appointed 28 feeder category\nofficers to entry grade of DANICS\".\n\nThe PIO wrote a letter to the Commission on 18\/09\/2009 stating that information to all the 9\nqueries of the Complainant had been provided through the letter dated 24\/07\/2009 and therefore\nreply was given within the stipulated time limit of the RTI Act. The RTI application was\ntransferred to the department from LG Secretariat and a new ID given to it (ID No\n826\/RTI\/Services) in the PIO's department.\n\nSubmission received from the Complainant\nThe Complainant wrote a letter to the Commission dated 29\/09\/2009. Complainant mentioned\nthat SPIO had still not replied or adhered to the Commission's directive to provide information\nto the Complainant before 18\/09\/2009.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Complainant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Ms. Sonika Singh, Public Information Officer &amp; Dy. Secretary;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO did not have the information sought at query-1 in the compiled manner and the<br \/>\nother queries were no seeking information as defined under Section 2(f) of the RTI Act.<br \/>\nHowever, the PIO has now obtained the orders for appointment of Grade-I Dass on adhoc basis<br \/>\nagainst the Ex-cader post of DANICS.
