Patel, Advocates for the applicant states that in<br \/>\nview of the latest information received by him, on the date of the<br \/>\nincident  the applicant was juvenile. Therefore, he wants to file<br \/>\nseparate application seeking prayer to determine juvenility  of the<br \/>\napplicant. He, therefore, does not press this application and seeks<br \/>\nleave to withdraw the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Dabhi, learned APP, has no objection if leave as prayed for is<br \/>\ngranted.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tHence<br \/>\nleave to withdraw the application is granted. The application stands<br \/>\nrejected as withdrawn reserving liberty to file fresh application as<br \/>\nstated by Mr. Asim Pandya, learned advocate for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis discharged.\n<\/p>\n<p>   (A.M.
