SYED JAMIL AKHTAR\n                         ---------------------- PETITIONERS\n                                                Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   25.6.2010                Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioners is<\/p>\n<p>                permitted to make necessary correction in cause<\/p>\n<p>                title of the main application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The allegation is about giving job in<\/p>\n<p>                Air     Force       in    lieu       of    Rs.       One    lac     by    the<\/p>\n<p>                informant which is doubted on the ground that a<\/p>\n<p>                case filed on behalf of sister of petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                nos.1    and    2        and    daughter        of    petitioner         no.3<\/p>\n<p>                against       the        informant        and    his       other     family<\/p>\n<p>                members for the offence under section 498A IPC<\/p>\n<p>                is     pending           in    which       they       are     witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>                According           to         learned          counsel        for        the<\/p>\n<p>                petitioners, there could be no occasion to have<\/p>\n<p>                such    negotiations            on    the   other          point,    in    my<\/p>\n<p>                view, if any payment is made for obtaining job<\/p>\n<p>                by illegal means by making payment of money that<\/p>\n<p>                comes within definition of bribe giver of which<\/p>\n<p>                is    also    accused,          any    statement           given    on    his<\/p>\n<p>                behalf is nothing more than confession basing<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     which refusal of anticipatory bail never can be<\/p>\n<p>     justified.\n<\/p>\n<p>                Thus,    having     regard    to    the    facts       and<\/p>\n<p>     circumstances       of   the     case,   in    the        event   of<\/p>\n<p>     arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>     date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>     named petitioners shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>     furnishing        bail    bond     of    Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>     thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>     amount     each    to    the   satisfaction          of      Chief<\/p>\n<p>     Judicial    Magistrate,        Sheikhpura      in     Sheikhpura<\/p>\n<p>     P.S.
