SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 03\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tIn<br \/>\nresponse to the earlier order dated 28\/02\/2011 passed by this Court,<br \/>\nthe Collector, Rajkot is personally present in the Court to assist<br \/>\nthis Court. He has pointed out number of difficulties. According to<br \/>\nhim, parcel of some of the land, though adjacent to the Ghudkhad<br \/>\nSanctuary are not surveyed and measured and, therefore, survey<br \/>\nnumbers are not given and, therefore, as and when application is<br \/>\nreceived by Revenue Department and\/or office of the Collector, to<br \/>\ngrant permission to lease the said land for manufacture of salt or<br \/>\nany other purpose, opinion of the particular office i.e. Forest<br \/>\nDepartment is sought and at that time such difficulty is faced<br \/>\nbecause some Villages are not surveyed and, therefore, he has<br \/>\nsubmitted that as such, for the same, permanent solution is required.<br \/>\nIt is requested by him that if &#8220;Additional Chief Secretary,<br \/>\nForests and Environment Department, State of Gujarat&#8221; and<br \/>\n&#8220;Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Wild Life), State of<br \/>\nGujarat&#8221; are joined as party-respondents, it will be<br \/>\nappropriate and appropriate permanent solution can be found out.<br \/>\nHence, Leave to join &#8220;Additional Chief Secretary, Forests and<br \/>\nEnvironment Department, State of Gujarat&#8221; and &#8220;Principal<br \/>\nChief Conservator of Forest (Wild Life), State of Gujarat&#8221; as<br \/>\nparty respondent Nos.4 &amp; 5.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tNotice<br \/>\nto the newly added party respondent Nos. 4 &amp; 5, returnable on<br \/>\n14th March,2011. Ms.Jirgha Jhaveri, learned Assistant<br \/>\nGovernment Pleader also to get necessary instructions from the<br \/>\naforesaid newly added respondents without even waiting for service of<br \/>\nNotice upon newly added respondents.
