5. We have heard the Iearned counsel appearing
\nfor appellant and learned counsel appear1ng;’._\u00a2’for<\/p>\n
respondent.\n<\/p>\n
6. After perusal of the material avai1a”eZe’_~on’\u00bbre–eord,” ”<\/p>\n
including the impugned judgment and <\/p>\n
the Tribunal, it emerges” the _  5afte1-‘dd’<\/p>\n
assessing the oral and  exfideince and<\/p>\n
taking into consideration  j.ag’erd,f ..oCeupation and in<\/p>\n
come def  “a1so..t’aking into Consideration
\nthe nature and the nature and<\/p>\n
durationhof -treatn\\ent”~~dt’ taken by the appeilant, has<\/p>\n
  __a sum rrrr  Rs.35,000\/– towards pain and<\/p>\n
  of Rs.’75,000\/– towards medical<\/p>\n
 sum of Rs.10,000\/\u00bb~ towards conveyance<\/p>\n
 nourishing food and attendant charges and a sum of<\/p>\n
 R:s’..3;2,000\/~ towards loss of income during the period of<\/p>\n
  treatment. The sai% compensation awarded by the<\/p>\n

Tribunal is just and reasonable and therefore, it does
\nnot cal} for interference.\n<\/p>\n
7. However, the Tribunal has erred’ <\/p>\n
awarding any compensation towards loss ofamenities of ‘<\/p>\n
life and therefore, it needs to aiwardedi  <\/p>\n
seen from the records that, in’–View oflthe t’inj’3uries”g<\/p>\n
sustained by the appellant  acciden’ti,*Vhe.i:1as taken
\ntreatment as inpatient for.  inor.e”*\u00abthan one month,
\nunderwent oneV_surgeryV_a_nd   assessed the<\/p>\n
disability at’:  the V’  and he has to<\/p>\n
sufferthis’V:dilsa:tiility”–jthrotigh-.o1;tt his life and he could
\nnot  ” he was doing before the<\/p>\n
accident:LThisVV’aspect\u00ab.r.’\u00a7-has not been disputed by the<\/p>\n
 C<:iripo\u00a7r_ation. ""Hav.i11g regard to the facts and<\/p>\n
 ieireuprn.s_tta,'nces of the case, we award a sum of<\/p>\n
 loss of amenities of life.\n<\/p>\n
”  Further, the Tribunal has erred in awarding a<\/p>\n
  of Rs.1,10,160\/– towards loss of future income<\/p>\n
  M assessing the income 0: the appellant at Rs.4,000\/- per<\/p>\n

the case as stated above, the impugned <\/p>\n
award passed by the Tribunal is liable <\/p>\n
