No.35506 of 2010\n                                         RAM BISUN RAI\n                                               Versus\n                                        STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2     28.09.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Admittedly, co-accused Akhileshwar Rai and Vijay<\/p>\n<p>                   Rai have already been granted privilege of bail by this court<\/p>\n<p>                   vide order dated 03.08.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 433 of<\/p>\n<p>                   2010. The case of this petitioner also stands more or less on<\/p>\n<p>                   similar footing to the above-mentioned co-accused persons.<\/p>\n<p>                   The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 23.08.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   and the trial of the petitioner has not been concluded as yet.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the case<\/p>\n<p>                   as well as submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner, Ram<\/p>\n<p>                   Bisun Rai to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                   each In connection with Sessions Trial No. 1494 of 2008 arising<\/p>\n<p>                   out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 03 of 2007 to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                   Additional Sessions Judge, Danapur.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is made clear that the conditions imposed upon<\/p>\n<p>                   another accused vide order dated 03.08.2010 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Misc.
