Neelu<\/p>\n<p>                  Agrawal,     learned    counsel      appearing    on<\/p>\n<p>                  behalf of all the respondents i.e. Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                  State Electricity Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The   petitioner,   who   retired     with<\/p>\n<p>                  effect form 31.3.2010 as Junior Line Man,<\/p>\n<p>                  has prayed for directing the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                  make payment of amount of G.P.F., Gratuity,<\/p>\n<p>                  Leave Encashment and G.S.S. with interest.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                 With    the       consent    of   parties,     the<\/p>\n<p>        writ   petition       is   being     disposed   of    with<\/p>\n<p>        liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>        representation before respondent no.3, i.e.<\/p>\n<p>        Secretary,   Bihar         State     Electricity      Board<\/p>\n<p>        within a period of six weeks from today. If<\/p>\n<p>        such    representation             is      filed,       the<\/p>\n<p>        respondent no.3 is directed to examine the<\/p>\n<p>        same   and      pass       appropriate       order     for<\/p>\n<p>        redressing the grievances of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        within a period of three months from the<\/p>\n<p>        date of filing of such representation.
