In those cases also the acquired lands are<br \/>\nsimilarly situated in the same area and the acquisition was also for<br \/>\nthe very same purpose. The aforesaid appeals have been dismissed by<br \/>\nthis Court vide judgment and order dated 15th June 2001.<br \/>\nSince the issue involved in these appeals are squarely covered by the<br \/>\nsaid decision, for the very same reason these appeals are required to<br \/>\nbe dismissed. Accordingly for the reasons stated in the<br \/>\naforementioned judgment, these appeals are dismissed.
