\nPatel,learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that further time
\nbe granted, in order to file the affidavit-in-reply.\n<\/p>\n

\nis noticed by this Court that though notice has been issued on
\n7-7-2011, no affidavit-in-reply has been filed in spite of time being
\ngiven on two occasions. Let the needful be done on, or before, the
\nnext date of hearing, failing which no further time will be granted.\n<\/p>\n
\tMr.K.B.Pujara,
\nlearned advocate for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner had
\npreferred Special Civil Application No.15415 of 2011 against the
\nSuperintendent of Post Offices against the action of the respondents
\nin that petition of holding a departmental inquiry against the
\npetitioner with regard to the cancellation of Caste Certificate which
\nis the subject matter of this petition and the Division Bench has
\npermitted the respondents to proceed with the Departmental Inquiry
\nbut, has restrained them from passing a final order. A copy of the
\norder dated 14-10-2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.15415
\nof 2011  is tendered by Mr.Pujara and is taken on record.\t\t\t\t\tList
