No.20436 of 2011\n                                  Ravindra Rai\n                                     Versus\n                               The State Of Bihar\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   14\/07\/2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioner is one of the two named accused in this three<\/p>\n<p>                      years old case, wherein co-accused who is none else than the father of<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner is in custody and facing trial, but due to abstention,<\/p>\n<p>                      investigation against the petitioner, as submitted, is still pending. No<\/p>\n<p>                      doubt, during trial statement of the informant is something otherwise<\/p>\n<p>                      than what he has stated in the First Information Report.<\/p>\n<p>                                     In view of the conduct of the petitioner, he is not<\/p>\n<p>                      entitled for the privilege sought. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail of<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner, namely, Ravindra Rai, in connection with Bachhwara<\/p>\n<p>                      P.S.
