MOHANAN, J.\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Bail Application No.2526 of 2008\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n        Dated this the 22nd day of April, 2008.\n                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.359 of 2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Perumbavoor Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 409 and 420 I.P.C., seeks anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled   against    the     petitioner     and   the   other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail to the petitioner.            Accordingly, a<\/p>\n<p>direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police<\/p>\n<p>station concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month         in the event of his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>connection with the above case on his executing a bond<\/p>\n<p>for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No. 2526\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         1. Petitioner shall report before the<br \/>\n             Investigating    Officer  between  9<br \/>\n             a.m.    and     11    a.m.   on   all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          2. The petitioner shall make himself<br \/>\n             available for interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when           required    by    the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         3. The petitioner shall not influence or<br \/>\n             intimidate the prosecution witnesses<br \/>\n             nor shall he attempt to tamper with<br \/>\n             the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>         4. Petitioner shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n             while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>          5.
