RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.9562 OF 2010\n               ---------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 22nd day of March, 2010.\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The matter arises out of the Kerala Rationing Order. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is the licensee of ARD No.157 of Karunagappally Taluk.<\/p>\n<p>By Exhibit P1, the licence was suspended which, according to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, is without any justification. Now the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>has issued a show cause notice as per Exhibit P2 and Exhibit P3 is<\/p>\n<p>the copy of the charge memo. The said shop is now attached to<\/p>\n<p>another shop.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The petitioner has filed an explanation as per Exhibit P4.<\/p>\n<p>It is pointed out that even though on so many occasions the<\/p>\n<p>matter was posted, nothing materialized and finally it is posted to<\/p>\n<p>24.03.2010 for a hearing. Exhibit P5 is a notice issued by the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent in this regard. According to the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>action taken by the 3rd respondent is without any jurisdiction and<\/p>\n<p>the matter will have to be considered on merits.<\/p>\n<p>      There will be a direction to the 1st respondent to take a final<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No.9562\/2010                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>decision on Exhibit P4 after hearing the petitioner either on<\/p>\n<p>24.03.2010 or on any adjourned day. The final orders will be<\/p>\n<p>passed within a period of one month. The petitioner will produce<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                   T.R.
