He appeared for the supplementary examination for the paper<\/p>\n<p>Machine Tools (D) of the 4th Semester held in April, 2010. In the<\/p>\n<p>examination, he has not secured the minimum marks for the said<\/p>\n<p>paper. Therefore, he has applied for revaluation of the same, vide<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit P1. Exhibit P2 is the Demand Draft evidencing payment of fee<\/p>\n<p>for revaluation.    Seeking for a revaluation within a time frame, this<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.
