DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 11\/05\/2010 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tThis<br \/>\npetition under Article 226  read with Articles 14 and 21 of the<br \/>\nConstitution of India is filed by the petitioners teachers  serving<br \/>\nat Primary Schools in Madhavgadh Primary School, Taluka Kheralu,<br \/>\nDist.Mehsana and at Vanharapura (Devpar) Primary School, Vijapur,<br \/>\nDistrict Mehsana.  However, parents of petitioner No.1 are residing<br \/>\nat Jepur, Taluka, Vijapur, District Mehsana and, therefore, the<br \/>\npetitioners who are lawfully married couple as per the Hindu<br \/>\nReligious rites and on 11.12.2008 they got married at Harsiddha Mata<br \/>\nTemple, Himatnagar and the marriage was also registered at Himatnagar<br \/>\nbefore Registrar of Marriages on the same day, apprehend threats to<br \/>\ntheir lives from parents of petitioner No.1.  This petition is filed<br \/>\nwith a prayer to issue appropriate direction to the respondent<br \/>\nauthorities to provide them safety and in case of danger to their<br \/>\nlives, adequate  measures in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP appearing for the respondents submits that upon enquiry from<br \/>\nfather of petitioner No.1 who has stated that he has no  interest or<br \/>\ncontact with petitioner No.1 and has no animosity.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tHowever,<br \/>\nconsidering the facts and circumstances of the case and  the marriage<br \/>\nwhich has taken place between the petitioners on 11.12.2008, if any<br \/>\nassistance or protection is sought for by them from respondents No.2<br \/>\nand 3, the same shall be provided in  accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation, this petition is disposed of.
