 to accept, that there is any mention therein to the effect,<\/p>\n
that the appellant is not “colour blind”. As against the<\/p>\n
aforesaid, learned counsel for the respondents, has
\nhanded over to us, during the course of hearing, a<\/p>\n
photocopy of the report of the Review Medical<\/p>\n
conducted in respect of the appellant, which-is  ‘<\/p>\n
