Katihar Town, District Katihar.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                            &#8212;&#8212;-Petitioners<br \/>\n                                                   Versus<br \/>\n                The State Of Bihar\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                       &#8212;&#8211;Opposite Party\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>02\/-   30\/09\/2011                   Since both these applications arising out of one case<\/p>\n<p>                      are taken up together and being disposed of by this composite<\/p>\n<p>                      order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Heard Mr. Jitendra Kumar Pandey learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                      for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                      State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    All the four petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                      Sections 406, 409, 467, 468 and 420\/120-B of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                      Code, are named accused in this case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Submission is that under almost similarly situated<\/p>\n<p>                      circumstance, two other co-accused have already been granted the<\/p>\n<p>                      privilege by this Court for a limited period by composite order<br \/>\n             dated 18.08.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7924 of 2011 &amp; Cr.<\/p>\n<p>            Misc.
