THE SECRETARY, BIHAR SCHOOL EXAMINATION\n                       BOARD, PATNA.\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>7   09\/11\/2010            This Court will not interfere in the present writ<\/p>\n<p>                  application in any manner looking at the nature of the<\/p>\n<p>                  relief prayed for since the petitioners want a direction<\/p>\n<p>                  upon the respondents to permit them to conduct an<\/p>\n<p>                  examination for the so called left out candidates who did<\/p>\n<p>                  not appear in the academic years 1985-86 as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  1988-89 when there was valid recognition.<\/p>\n<p>                          The very existence of this Institution in the year<\/p>\n<p>                  2010 does not remain valid any more and giving<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        indulgence at this belated stage in any manner would be<\/p>\n<p>        giving   a recognition to a non-existing Institution to<\/p>\n<p>        conduct an examination merely because some students<\/p>\n<p>        claim that they could not appear in the examination for<\/p>\n<p>        one reason or the other when the examination was held.<\/p>\n<p>        Academic calendars have to be maintained, examinations<\/p>\n<p>        have to be held and results have to be declared within a<\/p>\n<p>        time frame. It is not going to be an ongoing exercise over<\/p>\n<p>        one century to other century.
