Respondents\n                                        ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>10   15.10.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri<\/p>\n<p>                      Harendra Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of all the<\/p>\n<p>                      respondents \/ B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The present writ petition was filed in the year 2008 with<\/p>\n<p>                      a prayer to direct the respondents to clear all his retiral dues.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the court that<\/p>\n<p>                      during the pendency of the writ petition most of the grievances of<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioner have already been redressed. It was further submitted<\/p>\n<p>                      that writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner to approach the authority concerned if any grievance still<\/p>\n<p>                      exists.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The submission made by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner has not been disputed by Sri Tiwari, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                      the University.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Accordingly, in view of stand taken by the parties there<\/p>\n<p>                      is no need to keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands<\/p>\n<p>                      disposed of.
