6.   28.9.2011.           In this batch of writ petitions, although
\n                          5<\/span><\/p>\n
notice issued to the respondent no.7 M\/s Globrin<\/p>\n
System & Solutions Ltd. was served in ten of the<\/p>\n
cases      out      of       34        cases,    but     notice      returned<\/p>\n
unserved in the rest 24 cases.\n<\/p>\n
           In that view of the matter, this court by<\/p>\n
order      dated         10.8.2011            directed        the    cases   in<\/p>\n
which notices issued had returned unserved, to<\/p>\n
be listed together with the cases in which the<\/p>\n
notice      had      been          duly       served     on    the    private<\/p>\n
respondent          no.7          who    has     filed    his       appearance<\/p>\n
through         a    counsel,             namely,        Mr.    Chakradhari<\/p>\n
Sharan Singh.\n<\/p>\n
           All the cases have been listed pursuant<\/p>\n
to   the    office            note       regarding       non     service     of<\/p>\n
notice.\n<\/p>\n
           Mr. Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel, on<\/p>\n
instructions             of Mr. Chakradhari                   Sharan Singh,<\/p>\n
learned     counsel               appearing       for     the       respondent<\/p>\n
no.7,      in       10       of    the     34    cases,        submits    that<\/p>\n
although he has appeared through Vakalatnama in<\/p>\n
ten cases, he would be informing the respondent<\/p>\n
no.7 regarding the rest of the 24 cases advising<\/p>\n
him for filing his appearance in the remaining<\/p>\n
cases.\n<\/p>\n
           In       view          of    the     said   submissions,          the<\/p>\n
notice issued to respondent no.7 in the rest of
\n                      6<\/span><\/p>\n
      the 24 cases in which it has returned unserved,<\/p>\n
      shall be deemed to have been served through his<\/p>\n
      learned counsel namely, Mr. Chakradhari Sharan<\/p>\n
      Singh.\n<\/p>\n
