No.12278 of 2011\n                               DHARMENDRA KUMAR YADAV\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3       20.06.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner is not named in the FIR but in<\/p>\n<p>                     course of investigation, the name of this petitioner came in<\/p>\n<p>                     this case at paragraphs-11, 12 &amp; 14 of the case diary. The<\/p>\n<p>                     aforesaid paragraphs reveal that 10-12 days ago, an<\/p>\n<p>                     altercation had taken place between the deceased and the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing<\/p>\n<p>                     against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering     the      aforesaid   facts     and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra<\/p>\n<p>                     Kumar Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each in connection with Darauda P.S.
