Ramachandran Nair, J.\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       W.P.(C) No. 855 of 2010-F\n                   - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 12th day of January, 2010.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner is the leader of a team which participated             in the<\/p>\n<p>Thrissur District Higher Secondary Youth Festival in the competition for<\/p>\n<p>Vattappattu (boys) held on 5.1.2010.          It is the case of the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner&#8217;s team was awarded only A grade. It is averred that the<\/p>\n<p>performance of the petitioner&#8217;s team was appreciated as superior to the<\/p>\n<p>performance of the team which secured the first place. It is contended that<\/p>\n<p>the organizing committee of the competition provided only two mikes to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s team whereas they provided three mikes to the team which got<\/p>\n<p>first prize. There are allegations of bias against the judges also. Even<\/p>\n<p>though an appeal was filed against the award of marks, the same stands<\/p>\n<p>rejected as per Ext.P2.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. A reading of Ext.P2 shows that there is a difference of 19 marks<\/p>\n<p>with the winning team.        The committee did not find any illegality or<\/p>\n<p>irregularity   in awarding marks. Therefore, I do not find any ground to<\/p>\n<p>interfere with the marks awarded and the writ petition is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                        (T.R.
