PETITIONER\n                             Versus\n                THE STATE OF BIHAR &amp; ORS.................RESPONDENTS\n                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   25-3-2011              The petitioner has preferred this criminal writ<\/p>\n<p>                petition seeking release from After Care Home at Gaighat,<\/p>\n<p>                Patna on the ground that she is major as per her age estimated<\/p>\n<p>                by the learned Magistrate and also age given by her at the<\/p>\n<p>                time of recording of statement under section 164 of the Code<\/p>\n<p>                of Criminal Procedure. On the other hand, it appears that<\/p>\n<p>                father of the petitioner, respondent no.3 has filed Shivsagar<\/p>\n<p>                P.S.Case No. 19\/11, G.R. 178\/11 alleging that the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                a minor and has been kidnapped by Ashok Kumar Singh and<\/p>\n<p>                his family members. According to petitioner she has married<\/p>\n<p>                out of her free-will.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           In the facts of the case issue notice to respondent<\/p>\n<p>                no.3 as to why this writ petition be not admitted or finally<\/p>\n<p>                disposed of at the stage of admission.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Requisite for notice by ordinary process as well as<\/p>\n<p>                by registered cover with A\/D shall be filed by tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>                           Let this matter be listed under the same heading on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         8th April, 2011 among first ten cases. On that date respondent<\/p>\n<p>         no.6, Director, After Care Home, Gaighat, Patna shall<\/p>\n<p>         produce the petitioner before this Court with the help of other<\/p>\n<p>         concerned authority including the local police station.<\/p>\n<p>                   The State counsel shall communicate a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>         order by fax to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas,<\/p>\n<p>         respondent no.2 who will entrust service of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>         order upon respondent no.3, Bipin Bihari Singh, son of Suba<\/p>\n<p>         Singh, resident of village- Bisrampur, P.S.
