NO.47  of  2007\n\n              -------------------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the  8th day of June, 2007\n\n\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   petitioner   is   an   accused   in   five   prosecutions   &#8211;   all<\/p>\n<p>under   Sec.138   of   the  Negotiable   Instruments   Act   and   all<\/p>\n<p>initiated   by   the   same   respondent\/complainant   herein.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, he had joined a chitty at Palakkad<\/p>\n<p>and   had   issued   cheques   also   at   Palakkad.       All   the   relevant<\/p>\n<p>transactions took place at Palakkad.   But the complainant had<\/p>\n<p>chosen to present the cheques for encashment at Thrissur.   In<\/p>\n<p>these   circumstances,     it   is   prayed   that   all   the   cases   may   be<\/p>\n<p>transferred to the court at Palakkad.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The   respondent   has   entered   appearance   through<\/p>\n<p>counsel.       He   has   raised   no   objection.         I   am,   in   these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances,     satisfied   that   the   prayer   for   transfer   can   be<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">T.P.(Cr.) NO.47  of  2007               -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>allowed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.  In the result:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        (a)  This petition is allowed as agreed.<\/p>\n<p>        (b)  S.T.Nos.1656, 1657, 1658, 1659 and 1660 of 2006 &#8211;  all<\/p>\n<p>pending   before   the   Judicial   Magistrate   of   the   First   Class-III,<\/p>\n<p>Thrissur, are  transferred to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>of the First Class, Palakkad.   The learned  Judicial Magistrate of<\/p>\n<p>the First Class-III, Thrissur, shall forthwith transmit the records<\/p>\n<p>to   the   Court   of   the   Judicial   Magistrate   of   the   First   Class,<\/p>\n<p>Palakkad.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        (c)     The   parties   shall   appear   before   Court   of   the   Judicial<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate   of   the   First   Class,   Palakkad,   on   2\/7\/07   without<\/p>\n<p>waiting for any further direction.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                      Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                        (R.
