DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 07\/05\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tHeard<br \/>\nMr H A Dave, learned Advocate for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted that the report submitted by the Chartered Accountants<br \/>\ndated 17.9.2004 to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies,<br \/>\nGandhinagar in the conclusion  named Ex-Chairman and the Chartered<br \/>\nAccountant for committing fraud through various borrowers&#8217; accounts.<br \/>\nSo far as the applicant is concerned, for the amount of Rs. 30.33<br \/>\nlakhs as  mentioned in para 4  of the report, he has already paid the<br \/>\namount and facing  separate proceedings  which are pending and the<br \/>\nabove amount is being paid by installments.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above,<\/p>\n<p>\t\tNOTICE<br \/>\n returnable on 24th June, 2010. Meanwhile, Ad-interim<br \/>\nrelief in terms   of para 8 [c].  Direct service is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tTo<br \/>\nbe heard with Criminal Misc.
